Brad was very helpful and they worked very hard to get me the car I wanted. I know that I am young so it was hard to finance a car for the first time. I felt that they were exhausting every option to help me get the car that I came in to see. In the end I was very happy with my purchase and that it was ready when I came in!

Working with kenny ross was by far the best dealership I have attended. I went to over 6 other dealers and all could not come up with a resolution to our issue. All the other dealers also treated us like a "problem" Eric never once treated us with anything but respect. He talked to us and was honest through the entire process. I would send everyone I know, including my family to work with Eric at Kenny Ross. Even working with the finance manager and sales manager was very pleasant.

We looked at 4 other car dealers in the Pittsburgh area. We did not feel like we were being "sold" at this dealer. It was the facts and this is the price. Also, compared to the other cars we were looking at the Armada gave us the best price for the amount of room offered to us as a family of 5. In addition, the follow up has been terrific.
