I purchased my 4th Nissan from Kenny Ross Nissan since...

I purchased my 4th Nissan from Kenny Ross Nissan since 2009. They are always polite and very professional. I never felt pressured into buying anything. I asked questions and they provided answers. I did not feel like they were just trying to make a "quick sale". They have returned every telephone call in a timely manner if they were not in the office when I tried to reach them. As long as their management style stays the same, and their employees are as friendly as they have been in the past, I will certainly return to buy vehicles in the future as the need arises. I would have no problem recommending this dealership to my family or my closest of friends. The service department always performs the scheduled maintenance in a professional manner also.

I drove there after seeing a vehicle online. They told...

I drove there after seeing a vehicle online. They told me they were going to get the vehicle and bring it around. I stood there for well over 20 minutes waiting. When the vehicle pulled up it looked beat up (nothing like it did on the online photos). The interior was DISGUSTING. It looked like someone had shaken up pop bottles and let them explode all over the vehicle. There was gunk in ever crevice, cup holder, etc. including items stuck in the gunk. When I asked if the car would be cleaned (if I would have even considered it after seeing how they showed it to me) I was told "maybe if I agreed to purchase it they could 'see' about having it detailed". The guy who went on our test drive wasn't even from the area (neither am I) and couldn't tell me which way to go out of the parking lot or where to go from there to test drive it. Needless to say I left, purchased a newer van, with less mileage, no rust and was CLEAN for 100 dollars more than they wanted for the mess they showed me. No big shock, I talked to a family member this week who told me he had gone down there and had a similar experience with being shown a filthy, disgusting vehicle. I can't believe you expect people to purchase cars like that. Would you buy a home that looked like a crime scene???

I did not respond, because I couldn't fathom what you could do to make amends. As I stated, I went elsewhere and purchased a vehicle that day. Again, I do hope in the future you take customer service more seriously.

This was one of the most pleasant car purchases I have made. Josh Phillips was great to work with! He was pleasant and helpful. The negotiations were fair and straightforward with no fuss on both the purchase and trade-in. They put on a new tire when it was found that an existing tire had a nail and couldn't be repaired. Josh ensured the car was in great shape for pickup (having the detail guys buff out a scratch on the bumper). We did not finance, so the paperwork was fast and easy.

I received a quote from this dealership via email, from...

I received a quote from this dealership via email, from Trev Gerwig, and then I wrote back to verify the validity of the quote to insure that it was accurate for the model that I was looking for before making the hour long drive. The quote and model were verified back to me by his assistant Christy Engle, but upon my arrival, the dealership could not stand behind their quote - can you say bait & switch? When I asked salesperson, Christy, about the original quote in the email, she responded that she was sorry but that was for an “S” model, this is the quote for the “SL” model. This struck me as somewhat strange since I had taken the time and care to confirm in writing that the correct vehicle was being quoted. I then discussed with Christy the actions taken to confirm the correct vehicle was quoted and showed her the e-mail chain supporting the quote. All Christy would say that she was sorry, but that quote was for the “S” model. They were not willing to discuss this and made it clear through their actions that they wanted me out of there. After leaving the dealership and engaging Costco, since that was the way I had originally asked for the quotation through Costco's no hassle 'lowest price' website, Trev Gerwig did respond again to me via email, but provided the same 'revised' quote that I had received when I was at the dealership, nowhere close to the original quote that I was provided. When I questioned the quote again for more favorable pricing, I was told by Trev that this was the best quotation that he could offer. It is clear to me that Kenny Ross Nissan provided a VERIFIED quotation, but could not stand by the quoted price. Buyer Beware!

Brad (sales), George and Matt (finance) were a pleasure to work with. They know their products, were able to answer all of our questions, and did so without attempting to "pressure" or "talk us into" anything we weren't interested in. They also did everything they could to assist with getting the financial issues right, including working out a deal on a trade-in. Very friendly service throughout, and excellent delivery!!

As soon as we walked into the doors, there was someone...

As soon as we walked into the doors, there was someone there greetings us and willing to help as best as they could. we had picked a car out, showed us all the brands of the car we were looking for as well as color, and was very good at giving us details on the cars. As we test drove the vehicle she had told us the history about the car as well as all the features it had with it.The employee Christy was very helpful and went the distance for us to be able to get the payment lowered as to what we could afford. When we picked the car back up Christy was very helpful again and showed us all the manual books that go with the car, showed us what some of the lights would mean if they came on in the car. An she also walked out with us while we were getting ready to leave to review everything again in the car. Showed us were all the buttons were again and physically showed us how it worked again. All in all it was a GREAT experience and we would deff go back again for another vehicle. An we would recommend family and friends to go there as well. An the employee Christy (the one who took care of us) did a EXCELLENT job with us and would go back to her in the future for another car.

My overall experience was very good. Everyone worked with me and my wife to get us the best possible deal at what I could afford. Again I thank everyone involed and plan to purchase another vehicle in 4 months. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

Very friendly and easy to deal with. There was no sales pressure as with a lot of dealerships. We got a fair deal without a bunch of haggling and no "extra charges" were tacked onto our deal. John was very helpful and explained the new car functions thoroughly.

Paul was a super salesman. He helped me find a car that I love and went above and beyond in terms of friendliness and ease of purchase. Couldn't be happier with the car or with the service I received. He even stayed late on a Saturday to make sure I understood all the new features of the vehicle!
