I arrived for a an oil change, upon getting checked in I

I arrived for a an oil change, upon getting checked in I was immediately told it was time for a timing belt change. I told her that only B1 showed up on my dashboard. She quoted me what I thought was over 1200 but it was 1800.00. While Jenny customer service was excellent, I was disappointed because I was told that my car needed this to avoid damage to my engine. I protested because I had this service done recently. She stated no and I had my dad, myself, and husband applying for sunbit to cover the cost. I was stressing to come up with the initial cash payment and eventually said I can?t do it. I moved forward with the oil change. My dad then said I know she had this work done. Jenny looked back at my service history and proved our point that we did. I was very upset that I wasted so much time applying for credit on something I already paid for. I would have double paid for a service I didn?t need and ping my credit for nothing

Sales staff is always courteous and helpful. This was my 3rd purchase from Honda of Slidell. I keep going back even though i live in Metaire. It's always worth the short drive. Always a pleasant experience and never feel like I'm being pushed into anything.

I always get prompt, friendly service at Honda of Slidell. I do all my service there and my car runs like it is new in spite of having 172,000 miles on it. Misty is great!

Great experience overall.

Great experience overall. Responsive Text chat through w/ Toni on the truck I wanted, to Chad, sales rep to Scott, Sales MGR and then Financing with Jay Bee. I did my research and was upfront and realistic on my trade value. I was out in 2 hours from stepping in the door on the first visit!

We purchased the vehicle at this dealership and have had 24 months "free" maintenance. Today we had a recall on the fuel pump checked out. I dropped it off as agreed and it was ready about 15 minutes before the time quoted. Great communication from the service department.

If I could give 0 stars you'd get exactly that.

If I could give 0 stars you'd get exactly that. This is the 2nd time my wife has brought the accord in for oil change/tire rotation and you didn't rotate the tires when you was paid to do so. There wasn't one fingerprint on wheels/tires, not one lug nut needed to be torqued, and the biggest tell tale sign is the only wheel with curb rash is still located on driver side front where it was before she brought it in, so don't try to tell me you performed a rotation. I purchased this car from you in 2022 brand new and since then you have managed to not perform 2 tire rotations and leave the oil filler cap off after an oil change causing oil to blow out all over the engine. This is unacceptable so do better! For future reference, my wife may not notice these errors but I pay attention to very fine details and keep logs and notes so just do what you're paid to do and do it right. Is that too much to ask?
