Scheduled service was performed in a timely manner at a reasonable rate. Could probably have got it done cheaper but I prefer the peace of mind and expertise of Honda authorized service. Waiting area is very nice.

When u don’t get great customer service you go back to the “tried and True” so to speak. I was looking for a vehicle with a spare tire. my daughter had just purchased a used passport in Baton Rouge. I liked the spacious 2nd row seats , superb handling, and having a spare tire was a number one priority. These fix a flat packages are a mess with toxic contents and they are only good for one time then you have to get them refilled. And how much does a full size tire deter the mileage. Not much!! This trend in my opinion is the most insane mistake manufacturer’s have made in recent years!!! Spoke to a duper nice lady in the online department. She was warm and friendly, answered all my questions. I found a passport here, I used their online service to value my trade in . Got a price and literally headed to Slidell. I got a great deal worked with competent sales and finance reps, They gave me options, I chose what worked for me, no high pitched pressure tactics at all., great incentives, price, interest rate, a full tank of gas and I was homebound with a great driving car with the options I needed. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Honda of Slidell. I have sold Hondas, this is my 6th Honda to own. Why choose Honda; great resale value, with great maintenance they can last as long as u want to own them. I have had 3 Accord's, 2 CRV’s and now a Honda Passport. If you aren’t into style over performance you literally can’t go wrong with a Honda. Yes indeed. I AM A HONDA GAL. And I have to add it’s worth the trip to drive to Honda iofvSlidelll! Right price, great service and no pressure definitely the RIGHT COMBINATION!!

This is the ONLY Honda location that can service my vehicle. I pass up 2 Honda locations just to have my vehicle serviced here. The entire staff is amazing but to be specific my service provider is Jenny. Such an amazing service advisor. She makes my commute to this location worth it.

Tim Francois was an excellent salesman. He was polite and well mannered. He was informative and answered all our questions. He never put pressure on us. I would highly recommend him to famiky and friends.
