After taking delivery of vehicle I discovered I was

After taking delivery of vehicle I discovered I was misled, deceived and lied to. I will never deal at Honda of Slidell again. Evidently the core values of Group 1 Automotive don’t apply to them. My wife and I were pressured to purchase a Honda Care Extended Warranty that was overpriced. We were told numerous lies about the product of which caused us to make a terrible decision to purchase. I am currently canceling, which we were told was not an option. They said once you leave it cannot be purchased or canceled (Just one of the many lies.) I welcome a meeting with management to provide all the details! The Owners of Honda of Slidell should be ashamed to employ people who deceive and lie for financial gain at the expense of their customers.

I brought my 2011 Honda Pilot in for repairs.

I brought my 2011 Honda Pilot in for repairs. It has over 300k miles. Car would not run. David did a great job keeping me informed on the process of my repair. He listened and did not push any additional services. He provided the benefits of each service that was listed and allowed me to make the choice.

I went In for an oil change and while there I had a nail

Express service!

Express service!! Nice waiting area, clean rooms not enough breakfast treats and coffee easy access to get to the dealership prompt service and friendly staff

It took too long fr thru to Monday.

It took too long fr thru to Monday.the service man(David) did not follow instructions I gave him. There was nothing wrong with the Motor. YOU Are to dawn High. Almost $900? dollars for repairing wind shield Wapers. II will not trade with you or recommend your Company!
