Will not buy from this dealer again. The after sale service is terrible. Staff is abrupt and not helpful

They worked with me to get a great price!

They worked with me to get a great price! I live around 3 hours away from the dealership so I had talked to a manager over the phone several times and I had a over the phone commitment to buying the van we had discussed. I arrived prepared with a cashiers check for the total amount we had settled on. When I saw the van I would be buying that day, the detachable middle seat was sitting on top of a another seat. When I removed it there was indentations on the seat from it. They seem to be there permanently. So I got a brand new van that already had minor damage before it even left the dealership. I mentioned it when I saw it but salesman said nothing. I didn’t pursue it further because realistically what would be done about it? Otherwise it was a good experience. Everyone was friendly and made the process go as fast as possible.

Whenever I got shopping for a used car I absolutely dread

Whenever I got shopping for a used car I absolutely dread if The salesman is really overbearing and pushy and makes the entire process unpleasant-however shopping at Honda of Slidell was very different.my salesman,Chris Kesner, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very patient! I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a car!

The service department was amazing!

The service department was amazing! The service manager took care of my issue immediately and my service advisor Misty was great. She was so friendly and answered all my questions!
