They Explained things well.

They Explained things well. They Reviewed my history. My wait was approximate. I was glad to have access to the tv remote so could turn the sound down so I could read.

Everytime I go they ask me for a review which is great

Everytime I go they ask me for a review which is great but the last time I went they didn’t ask me do a review and this is why first when I book the appointment on line it ask you which service you want I pick the service I wanted which was an $79 oil change which in include changing the filter and more my appointment was at 1pm I was in there for 3 hours it’s wasn’t hardly anyone in there about 3 people after about 2 hours I hear the man that sits at the end say she been in here for a while then that’s when the lady comes up to talking about you want this plan I said which if I booked for the $79 I should have gotten that come to find out I only got oil change nothing else and they didn’t even wash my car so for 3 hours I waiting on an oil change with an appointment want be coming back

Felt rushed.

Felt rushed. Seller made it right when he got the ok from the boss to get me a deal when I wanted to leave and not make a purchase. Had never felt so pressured in my life to purchase gap and warranty. I didn't get either. Wasn't the worse or the best experience.
