Excellent experience from the appointment setter to the service department. Professional and prompt communication. Really like the option of text communication from the service dept. I am a teacher and cannot always take calls or return them immediately but I can for texts since they are more discreet. Actually tried another dealership but felt like a number and did not receive satisfactory vehicle service. Will definitely return to Checkered Flag.

I had a great experience. Denise worked really hard to get me into the car I wanted. Answered every question I could possibly think of and was really patient while I figured out my financial situation and even got me a better deal than I expected. I also appreciate that she did not try to pressure me into the purchase of the vehicle. She was personable and really knew her stuff. I will definitely go back for my car purchasing needs and will recommend to anyone who will listen.

6.75 hours for a 1 hour service, no contact or update for
6.75 hours for a 1 hour service, no contact or update for 3 hours and then didn't know anything about my service. Did like the car being washed and vacuumed upon pick up but will avoid your dealership like the plague. tried to contact Service Mngr. but they never answered their phone....twice. Seems poorly run and managed with no follow thru. I guess my car being on the low end of Hyundais didn't warrant top notch service given to more expensive vehicles. Can't wait to share my experience with other car owners to compare.

Want reason NOT to buy a Warranty or Hyundai from Checkered Flag, Hyundai, here’s one!! I bought a Hyundai from Carmax. Checkered Flag couldn’t match the price , same year and model $5000.00 difference, I bought from Carmax. However, I did buy a Hyundai Warranty from Checkered Flag, for $1100.00, for 10 Year, 100,000 miles. Recently I took my car in for Service for a morning Engine Start up problem, presented the 100,000 Mile Warranty and was told I had to pay Checkered Flag a fee of $165.00 to check the engine. Never told I had to pay any fees in the past, now, a new way to make money. I won’t be buying a New Hyundai from Checkered Flag. Carmax and their Warranties are tough to beat. Done with Checkeref Flag.
