Overall, my experience was great, but one area for improvement would be the add-on process. After deciding on the car, they really pushed extras at the end, and when I declined, I felt like I had to justify my decision. The back-and-forth while they checked with managers took a lot of time, and it was definitely the most time-consuming part of the process. It would be nice if they could make the add-on part smoother and less pressured, so customers don’t feel like they need to explain their choices.

The staff were extremely friendly. The service was another story. Varying information from different people who are definitely not on the same page. I hope my experience is isolated, but I sense it's the norm.

Geoff was great to deal with…I felt no pressure, he walked through everything on my new vehicle, and he was patient as I asked several questions. Everything took around 2 1/2 hours from the time I walked in to the time I drove off the lot!

Friendly staff. They were polite and listened to what we wanted and showed us just that. Quick service. There was no beating around the bush on pricing and financing. This is are second car we have purchased here and will be back again when it’s time to purchase another vehicle.
