I had to return my 2022 GV70 to the dealership to have a

I had to return my 2022 GV70 to the dealership to have a paint correction done on four spots which apparently had been compounded, by someone, in an effort to remove four problem areas in the paint. I was told it would take a couple days. Last Monday, 5 days after taking the car in, Rene from the service dept. called to say the car would be brought to me Tues. and the loaner picked up. I waited all day. NO call, NO email, NO returned vehicle. I called Wednesday and spoke with Rene. He had to send the car back to the repair shop to do further correction. He would call me to let me know the status. Today, Friday two days later and still NO call, email, contact in any way. This is for 4 spots in the paint. NOT for parts. Not for frame damage or body damage. 4 spots in the paint. I am having serious problems with understanding. Is there someone at this dealership that cares enough about their customers to please explain WHY it should take 14 days to buff out 4 spots in the paint? Has the dealership damaged the vehicle to the point where they are sure I will be seriously concerned with what should have been a VERY easy correction? The question remains because no one will call and inform. How does a dealership remain in business with this total lack of concern for customer service?

Demario is a godsend and I will never ever go anywhere else and deal with anybody else. I hope whoever needs to see this, sees it, and he gets the recognition he deserves because he is the bomb!

The best place to purchase a vehicle

Anthony was an absolute professional. He made the whole experience seamless. I use to dislike salesman and buying a car and now it’s an enjoyable process. I interacted with a few of the staff and all are great. Thank you for making my experience fun and enjoyable.

Rene my service advisor is top notch. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is checked out for my car, that I understand what needs taken care of right away , and what service may be due soon. I appreciate the thorough treatment here at this dealership.

We went with a friend to look at a new car for her. I inquired about the Kona. Demario helped all three of us! I have to tell you that I absolutely despise the car-buying experience, but Demario was (is) the BEST!! I’m also very impressed with the way this dealership makes the experience “not dreadful”. What I liked about my experience was the simplicity of the whole process. A simple phone call to explain what I was looking for and Mr. Washington took care of the rest. It’s scary being first time buyers. It can really stress a person out trying to do everything right on the first try but with Mr. Washington I know our backs were covered. I was doing some serious fishing for a new Hyundai.

I was doing some serious fishing for a new Hyundai. Contacted many dealers, none were very good deals except Checkered Flag. Denise contacted me in the evening! Who works that late! She does. If it was not for Denise , I wouldn't have the car I was looking for at a great price. She kept in contact the whole time. I flew in and she picked me up at the airport. The deal went great and I was on my way. If I buy another car. I will be calling Denise. She's a pleasure.
