I love Dover Honda. I met Paula in 2018 when I bought my first pilot. This time around she was nothing but accommodating, professional and intuitive in helping me upgrade. Becky was my sales rep and between the two of them, they respected my plan of attack, my choices and helped get me in and out as efficiently as possible. I'll always recommend.

Overall team experience here. Dave April was my sales person, but the whole team supported everyone. From food offerings by Paula in sales at just the right time, to check in's by Bob in management, to the finance department and Marsha taking time to find info about maintenance plans while Dave was busy with another customer, the whole team seemed to support each other. Be sure to do your research and have a price in mind when you start talking. A lot of additional warranties are offered and can be very valuable if you know what you need and how it all fits together. My vehicle is highly warrantied, which did add some significant costs up front, but as I drive 30k miles per year, those warranties are so worth it to me! I appreciated the explanations of those warranties from Dave and from Marsha.

My sales rep Becky was very sweet. I had one complaint that they did not go over the contract. Was shocked at the interest rate. They should give the customer all the details so they can make a wise decision concerning the final outcome. I do like my Honda HRV.
