I came in to talk about returning my leased Elantra. Everyone was so friendly and made the process so easy, I ended up deciding to purchase a brand new Elantra. The color or features I wanted were not available so John went and got one from another dealership. The entire process was so easy and the team feeling was very apparent. Great follow thru on everyones part! In particular - John and Luke were delightful as was Andrew helping me with all of the financing paperwork and Travis in the servise department. I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata SE from AutoNation in Seattle in March 2016. Both the sales person and the dealership were responsive to my questions and did a very good job of explaining all the features of the car.

My experience at the dealership was amazing. Bob was super knowledgable about the product and found the perfect solution for my needs. He was not pushy at all and honestly was the best car sales professional I encountered during my shopping experience. I appreciated his patience and making the process super easy.
