Best dealership out there

I went to about 10 dealerships in my life time, and this one sets very high bar. Thank you <3 Clean place, wonderful people. Best customer service, which is very surprising for a dealership.

Great experience.

This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. There was no pressure and everyone was very low key and friendly.

Great experience buying a new car.

Salesperson was excellent, polite and didn't pressure at all to buy. I felt as comfortable as I did the first time I purchased a Hyundai(2013 Elantra with 10,000 miles on it). When the time comes, I will purchase from here again.

Great service for my Sonata

This dealership was kind and understanding of how important it was to find the best car for our growing family. We test drove 6 different cars over two days and never felt pressured to buy any of them.

Satisfied

I was buying my first brand new car and was a bit clueless as to how it all worked. The salesmen was informative, kind and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want. I left the dealership happy and telling my husband he should come back and buy a Hyundai from here when he's ready to this next year.

Great Experience

I brought in a 2012 equinox as a trade-in and left with 2 new 2017 Elantra's complete with extended 100k full warranties. Elliott and the finance staff were somehow able to keep my monthly payment for the Elantra's at the same rate as I was paying for the Equinox. Elliott is very professional and always seemed to have my best interests at heart. I never felt the normal "Car Salesman" pressure to buy. All in all probably the best car buying experience I have had.

Excellent experience buying an SUV

We just wrapped up a purchase of our first ever SUV and we got the Santa Fe since it's one of the smaller SUV's that have a 3rd row of seating. A perfect compromise of having that extra space while also not having to drive a massive SUV in the city. Bob was our sales person and he was easy to work with and extremely professional. The dealership was quick to navigate all the pieces of the sale, all told we had a surprisingly great experience, not what I thought would happen with car shopping. I would use Hyundai of Seattle again and recommend it to others.

I just purchased a new 2016 Hyundai Genesis Coupe Ultimate from the Hyundai of Seattle dealership, great car, great service, they took their time to get me the car I wanted and were very friendly.

Veloster Purchase

I never ever thought of ever buying a Hyundai but I can't afford those over priced whatcha ma call it brands and which that don't offer that unbeatable peace of mind with a price that us hard working Americans can afford. Now that I actually purchased one (Veloster) I will always buy a Hyundai and I've been recommending them to very one that is in awe with my car. Not only do you have the best product but the best sales team available especially Robert Royse who made this experience to only to want to come back so I recommend Hyundai of Seattle to everyone I see and talk to because I think you guys out beat those whatcha ma call it losers.
