They weren’t able to solve the issue which I believe is a

They weren’t able to solve the issue which I believe is a manufacturing issue. Incidentally a couple of days later I received a notification that there was an air tag placed on my car. Did research and found other stories of this happening at dealerships in other places. Targeting for theft. Unknown but coincidental. I was unable to locate the air tag. Air was checked in tires but wasn’t reset so I had to go to another Honda dealer to get them reset. Communications issues between workers at SF Honda. Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. This also happened when I bought the car so this is on going.

Great service as always.

Great service as always. I was greeted within minutes of driving up, Eric Tom was very knowledgeable and addressed all of the maintenance issues I had came in with. He also knew of the recall for our van and took care of it for us. Good communications throughout and our van was done when he promised.

My appointment was for a recall for greasing the gearbox.

My appointment was for a recall for greasing the gearbox. The work was done in a few hours and I was given a lift back home and back to pick up my car at the shop. Great service!
