Would buy from again.

Would buy from again. It's a crazy time as a customer. At my local dealer, they changed the terms in the middle of the negotiation. Here, I agreed on a rough price over the phone. Found exact car I wanted. I asked them, here's what we agreed on over the phone (with another rep). Yes or no. They said yes. In and out of Finance in 15 minutes. No hard sell of anything. Very easy, like it should be. Definitely would recommend.

I have had 2 bad experiences with this dealership,

I have had 2 bad experiences with this dealership, however. In fairness I will say they went out of their way to try and make it right. I hope in the future they will work to minimize the inconveniences of their customers, and understand that trust is not something you buy in bulk at Costco, it must be earned.

Service rep is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, explained well. Clean, comfortable waiting areas. Everyone I interacted with was friendly. Everything lends itself to making me feel that I can trust the work.
