Honda said there was a recall for my model 2 years ago, but parts weren't available then. Then a week or so ago I saw another reminder to bring my car in for the recall fix. I called and made an appointment more than a week ahead and told the receptionist it was for the recall. I brought the car in and was told the part wasn't available. Someone should have checked to make sure the part was there since I specified it was for the recall when I made the appointment.

Budi made the process easy and efficient. He has great customer service skills. I will come back for my next visit and look forward to see him again.
