A simple first service of the vehicle was

A simple first service of the vehicle was over-complicated by the service representative. The standard service item list was not fully completed (differential fluid was not replaced) despite the car being with them most of the day, and the reason given was completely untrue. He claimed they had not done this item because my wife had said not to do it when she dropped the car off first thing in the morning. Complete nonsense. Now I have to take the car back to have that item done. Disappointed with the unnecessary waste of time, along with the unavailability of the family car for some additional number of hours.

Wayyyyyy too expensive.

Wayyyyyy too expensive. Service is good, but pricing is not competitive. Alternate pricing for service was 1/3 your pricing

Bery good service.

Bery good service. Very friendly, good communication. Ordering me a Lyft soi i could wait at home until my car was ready was a nice touch.

Fantastic, attentive, professional service. They were able to accommodate me as a walk-in (at 3:15pm!) to get a tire repaired.

Great customer service, knowledgeable and friendly. Sunday service hours are great. So happy to have a shuttle service. Still miss the car washing.
