Previously, I always felt the Acura dealership/service

Previously, I always felt the Acura dealership/service was premier but I don't feel that way now. No more is the complimentary vehicle wash, waiting room with refreshments and the extra attention. It's sad to see these attributes of the Acura dealership/service are no longer thought of. This is one reason why I will never purchase another Acura.
