Our experience was very smooth, the staff were courteous and prompt, and we received very high quality service.

I was very please with my experience. I'm not a fan of car buying process and the potential haggling that's often associated with it. I knew what I wanted and was looking for the purchase to be as frictionless as possible. Christian was great... warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive throughout the process. Manager (forgot his name) stepped in for some respectful and brief negotiation which I appreciated. Financial (forgot her name) was very good as well. Overall pleasant experience.

San Francisco Honda on Van Ness is a PERFECT place to service your Honda. My 2022 Accord Sport was due for annual maintenance, and I was able to get the necessary work done. The service department recommended some additional parts that needed to be changed, and were able to accommodate my request to adjust parts/labor to keep the cost down. Eric Chau was FANTASTIC from 7:00a drop-off to delivery of my vehicle. I appreciate that Eric added a personal touch curated toward SF, and he recommended future shops for specialized work.
