Fantastic Expierence

I was so fortunate to have Andrew R. to assist me in my search for a new Jeep. I knew what I was looking for and saw they have a few vehicles I was interested in on their lot. Their prices were below other dealerships and very fair. Andrew had so much patience with me as I looked at and test drove two different Jeep models. Never once did I feel any pressure. All the information given to me was accurate and no nonsense when it came down to making decisions. The other staff was also very friendly. I purchased my new Jeep Patriot last week and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had been to other dealerships prior to this and left because of their deceptiveness and pushiness, but I did not encounter that once here. Very satisfied customer. I would recommend everyone to go see Andrew. He is a very down to earth and kind sales specialist.

Service Manager is a Jerk

Do not deal with these people, especially with this man. My wife overheard him joking about how she needs to go to the gym more to his coworkers. Disgusting.

Kevin Did what promised!

Even though our purchase of our New Jeep Wrangler was a couple of months ago, better late than never for a good review! Just wanted to say that Kevin and his managers, did a great job at getting us a good deal. (Kevin always told me that when it was time to trade, to see him and we wouldn't have to go elsewhere for the right price.) Very Happy and would recommend Kevin to everyone!

Too difficult to make a service appointment!

I called to make an appointment for service but was denied because I did not have the VIN number handy for my vehicle. My information was in the system from service done on previous vehicles. The girl on the phone refused to make the appointment without it. I called David Dodge and made the appointment without issue or my VIN number. Imagine that!

Awesome place

Just purchased my brand new Jeep Wrangler yesterday and can't say enough positive about the experience. sharif is an excellent representative for millers, friendly, courteous, and overall very pleasant experience. Awesome experience!!!

best service and staff!

I recently bought a dodge challenger as a surprise for my husband for his graduation and I couldn't have been happier with the service that I received from the staff at Miller Dodge. I never bought a car on my own before and they made the process very easy and enjoyable! Everyone wss so helpful, especially Rob Quinn who was my main sales rep. They found me the exact car I was looking for at the price that I want to pay. I have to say I made it difficult since I wanted a sun roof, built in navigation, and much more but they found it! I will continue to buy from Miller Dodge in the future and I suggest that if you want a plesent car buying experience you should too!

Great experience. My sales rep Angel was outstanding....

Great experience. My sales rep Angel was outstanding. She knew exactly what I was looking to buy. She got me into the car I wanted at a price I could handle. The GM Anthony kept everything transparent. He made the deal easy. I highly recommend Miller!

My experience started off very well and when we left I...

My experience started off very well and when we left I was assured the deal was done. After several unreturned phone calls over the next couple of days I finally returned to Miller Dodge to find out what was going on. After being told by Anthony that due to the amount owed on my trade in it could not be included in the deal. So I then said let's just go with a straight purchase. Anthony said that wouldn't be a problem and all that would be needed was a check to cover the tax and fees for the new vehicle. I show up with my daughter to make the deal. Once there I was now told I needed almost $4500 and be charged 18% interest. I feel I was misled through this whole experience and given the fact my family had purchased 2 new vehicles over the past year I would have earned a little respect and honesty. Not sure I would buy another vehicle from Miller Dodge but I do believe somebody had better revisit my last experience and work a little harder to fulfill their promise.

I have done business with Miller Dodge for some time now....

I have done business with Miller Dodge for some time now. I must commend this institution on the way they do business. The Sales, Service, and Parts Departments offer professionalism that is absolutely impeccable. Leon, Drew, Jeff, and Mike are the best. I will undoubtedly continue to do business with Miller.
