rude as all heck

this place isn't interested in selling cars. we wasted 2 days here running around in circles. extremely rude and unhelpful.

Not a bad experience

Good dealership to work with. They were professional and offered a good price but I found the car cheaper elsewhere.

Express service ?? Not really

Will not make appt for oil change . Told service rep I'd wait. In at. 7:30A. Checked at 9A. Car not in shop. Told I was 1st up. Computer mix up. Had I not checked on my vehicle I'd still be sitting in waiting room

Poor Dealership and Poor Service

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THE MECHANICS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO REPAIR THE CARS I WAS THERE FOR A RECALL AND IT TOOK THEM 2 TIMES TO TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND COULD NOT .

Worst experience ever!

I cannot believe how insulting the management at this dealership is. They lie to your face, make no attempts to correct the situation and the final straw was when I showed them an ad with their name on it, the manager said he didn't know where it came from. This dealership needs to close it's doors and learn how to treat paying customers with dignity and respect. The incompetence of the manager, Carson Horner, was evidenced by his repeated excuse that he made a mistake while figuring out the deal! I think you are overpaid if thats your best excuse. You cannot expect proficiency from this dealership. Stay away!!

Excellent Service

Although I did not buy my car from this delealership, the service advisors, mechanics, cashiers and other dealer representatives treats thier customers with the upmost respect. They will go out of thier way to make this exprence a rewarding one. The service advisors goes the extra mile to satisfy thier customers.

Horrible experience save yourself the B.S. and go to Bergeys

Wanted to buy a 2014 Ram leftover but the sales manager kept on changing the price of the truck and the price of my trade every time I was there. The first sales manager was trying to sale me the truck for the M.S.R.P. for a 1 year old truck. I don't think so I told him. He got up out of the chair and I never saw him again. Thanks for trying I am not paying M.S.R.P. for on a 1 year old truck. Just a lot of unnecessary back and forth on the price of the new truck and my trade. for nothing when I wanted to make the deal. Let me walk out two times with out the truck. The sales manager said I got everything can't get anymore, we where about 2 thousand dollars away from making the deal. But yet Miller Dodge losses money everyday the truck sits on the lot. Maybe someone else paid M.S.R.P. for the truck better him than me. So I walked out and ordered a 2015 somewhere else for around the same price, but a 2015 not 2014. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. Drive a little and save money and yourself the B.S. and go to Bergeys Dodge in Souderton PA

Horrible experience!

Went to Miller first in search of a jeep. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Not professional at all. Misled and treated/talked to like we were stupid. Went to David Dodge and Jeep right after leaving there and quickly got exactly what we wanted for within our budget which Miller said was "impossible." Would never reccomend this place to anyone.
