Went in looking for a used car was told we can get a new...

Went in looking for a used car was told we can get a new car for the same price. After sitting there 4 hours and was told to pick the color car we wanted,they were no where near the price we discussed. Was never shown any numbers just sat there. Very rude and unprofessional. Wasted a full afternoon. Go somewhere else that would love your business.

I went to Miller Dodge after having bad experiences at other local Dodge dealers. My visit far surpassed all of the other dealers. All of the employees there were friendly and welcoming and our salesman was great, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy.

The reason for the rating is that I have never seen a sale person work so hard to get a person approved for a new car. I would come back to this location and work with Jermaine any day. I was very please and i didn't feel pressured into buying a car. I have already given Mr. John card to a few of my friends in hope that they will to come to visit and leave out as happy and please as i have.

Friendly knowledgeable salesman Arthur Scott greeted us before we got in the door and was very helpful. We purchased the SUV in about an hrs time. Arthur helped us with all our questions and concerns. Would recommend to our friends and family

I did not like the fact that Will Joyner Sr.question me on what I do with my money very unprofessional not knowing my life situation I was very upset that someone who is trying to make a sale will say something like that in front on my 14 year old,I really like the Jeep Compass but was very annoyed after what he said no sale move on to the next one

Idk what is these other peoples problem but I had a great experience here and got a great pre owned car the people were friendly and the place was clean and really proffesional I love my car! Please dont listen to these other people im sure not many even actually got a car they are just talking about the attitudes of the people who work there but maybe it was them who caused this??This place has quality preowned vehicles/new vehicles and will really try their best to get you a great deal no matter what your credit is even if you dont have a way to get there they might even pick you up from your home as kevin did us.I really recommend this place and hate to see all these bad reviews when its soooo false!!
