Bad service and garbage product

First The service at Springfield Pa Dealership was substandard and The Ram product is garbage. I've had multiple problems with mine new 2016 Ram 1500 with 2600 miles on it. The bezel around my navigation cracked and the gear shifter broke. Also my transmission continues to slip without the attention that is needed to fix it. the dealer telling me my truck is working perfectly fine but I know my truck. No brand new truck is suppose to pop into gear when you come to a complete stop. xxxxxxxx! On 4/27/2016 when I got in my truck at the dealer to pull off I noticed that the bezel was not installed properly so I got out of my truck, put the truck in park like I usually always do. But the gear shifter didn't go into Park when i got out. Instead of going into park it rolled into another customer's car. While i was there waiting for the police to come so I can't file a report, one of the service technicians told me that the gear shifter was a known problem and this wasnt the first time he seen it malfunction. I am now scared that this truck is not safe for me and my kids. Transmission problems, cracking of navigation bezel, and gear shifter problems..... I'm really not happy at all with the RAM product. Purchasing a new vehicle

HORRIBLE

This is the worse service center dealer or non dealer Ive had the mis-fortune of having to deal with. After sever attempts problem not or they wont fix. Even though issue is under warrenty. Charge for services that should be covered by warrenty. Claims only one tech is able to code read a check engine light,HA! So my van is stuck at dealer for more than a day just to be told what i already told them what was wrong. Then made me pre pay a rental even though extended warrenty should have covered that cost too. I can only summerize that they are not familar with Lemon Laws and consumer recourses for said laws. Glad i got a Chrysler Care Manager involved. I wont even start with the attitude from that female employee behind the counter/ small office not talking about the cashier office.

I came into the dealership needing a more reliable vehicle to get me through bad weather. I knew going in I had very negative equity with the vehicle I wanted and the one I was trading in. Upon arrival I was met by sales associate, Adrian Blake. I was immediately impressed by this young man. He was respectful and honest from the start. I advised him of my situation and the issue with negative equity. He didn't dismiss me and listened to me when I told him what I could afford. We negotiated and it took a long time but Adrian kept working with me to get me where I needed to be. His manager, Charles Davis was just as professional and courteous to me. When it was all said and done we all came to a final sale then I believe benefited me very much. To anyone reading this understand this review is honest. I don't normally post things like this but I have to give those gentleman the praise they deserve. In my life I have personally purchased 14 vehicles in my life. These sales associates I dealt with (Adrian Blake and Charles Davis) were the best I ever dealt with. Not pushy and very respectful.
