Surprise Ford Dealership received a trade in vehicle that

Surprise Ford Dealership received a trade in vehicle that I was looking for. A Subaru Outback with the big engine. Rodger was my Salesman and Sam in Finance, both were very helpful. Rodger explained the technology in the car and demonstrated how to use it. Rodger was honest, forthcoming and never pressured me during negotiations. Sam was meticulous on the computer triple checking that everything was spelled correctly and information inputed correctly. Both employees showed dedication while working hard on my transaction. Thank you

Excellent service, explained pu well. Very friendly. We are very pleased with the Service. The test drive with the many codes instrument panel explained. The checkout went smoothly. Nice experience.

I found it difficult to negotiate with the dealership.

I found it difficult to negotiate with the dealership. I was told twice that there would be a follow up phone call and never received a call. I was told we had a deal and the deal over the phone and it never happened. I believe they need to revisit how to make it easier for the customer.

Communication isn’t a strongpoint.

Communication isn’t a strongpoint. Everyone seems confused and unsure. The finance department rushes you through and adds service plans you never asked for or were advised they were adding; sign here, sign here. Vehicle was damaged, apparently this is a common issue from how the service department responded to scheduling service to get a brand new vehicle with a few miles on it “back to new”. Expectations are set my staff but aren’t followed through on.

This is the shadiest dealership I have ever dealt with.

This is the shadiest dealership I have ever dealt with. After changing the advertised price when we came to purchase a vehicle, they sneak additional items into your deal, leave out key details about the contracts while you’re signing, and don’t even show you the full contract when handing you the iPad to sign. Somehow, your two signatures end up appearing in multiple places on the contract. If Josh Nelson is involved in your deal, ask for someone else. I will be reporting this dealership everywhere possible and filing a formal complaint against the employee.
