14 hard credit inquiries. Promised one price than ended up paying another. Has anyone found the name of the GM? Paid for things already installed, maybe I’m a little slow, but I recognize when the umbrella has been opened in a sensitive spot. Their radio ad said they had a 50% off ad, and then camouflaged it at the end by saying they “wanted to reduce their inventory by 50%”. Well done. I even called to verify the ad and they said yes. Don’t get me wrong, the truck is an amazing machine, not so much the dealership. It’s fantastic to be a Vet and get ripped off on Memorial Day weekend. Pay special attention to their “sales.” Two months later... I’m ready to name people “Sean Moriarity” sold us for everything they could. Meanwhile “Martin” the “Sales Director” wouldn’t offer a solution. This place is where you get ripped off. Please do not buy a vehicle here. I can’t stress enough to you, this place is the Master or Predatory Loans. I’ve made it my goal to ensure this place closes for good. My next step is to write Ford directly. Look in the show room, Bullitts, GT 350’s, platinum trucks, this place spent so much money on fancy cars they are trying to catch up. In a place like Surprise, good luck. Basically we the poor are paying for the showroom. *****UPDATE****** Five years later my cam phasers are going out, still under extended warranty that Surprise Ford offered (MPP) and they would not cover the repairs with an active service bulletin. This place is an absolute scam.

Absolutely terrible experience.
Absolutely terrible experience. I made a deal with Camryn for sale price of a used F-250 yesterday. I decided to do a trade in however did not have the vehicle so in order to honor the estimated trade in value I had to bring my trade in for inspection today which was no problem. I get there and they finish my inspection and decide to honor the trade in value to what Carmax would offer. The manager working today (different from the previous day) says the list price is the sale price even though the sale price was agreed upon the previous day and initialed! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! I came all the way from Mesa and prefaced on the initial day that we would agree to a sale price first before pursuing the conversation any further. We came to one, and had it approved, and the following day that offer is rescinded after I brought my trade in vehicle in per their instruction. Absolutely Wild! I was prepared to buy and now they blew it. This is a prime example as to why people don't trust car salesman and dealerships.
