Worthless excuse for a dealership.

Worthless excuse for a dealership. Took my truck in to get a leak fixed under warranty as I only have 12,000 miles. After 3 weeks I finally get it back and am hit with a vile smell. There are butt cheek stains on the seat, huge scratch on my door, smeared lipstick on my headliner and visor, deep hand indentions on the visor, shoe prints on the headliner and obvious bodily fluid stains all over the seat and floorboard. Found a hair tie and hair clip in my console that’s not mine. I have dash cams and they were also stuffed in the center console and had been wiped with ZERO footage on them, I have never cleared the SD cards. The dealership refuses to take any accountability and blames me for the condition even though it was not like this when I dropped it off. I’m single and work from home so I know it’s not me or a cheating partner. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! I wish I would have read the countless negative reviews before I decided to go to them

They do not care ,no call backs ,worst car buying experince ever , we ended up refusing to buy there , they were insulting and demeaning

This General manager doesn't care about anything.

This General manager doesn't care about anything... Told me to talk to the other manager who is below him that previously told me I need to speak to the General manager... Sending me in a circle of infinite deflection to avoid accountability due to blatent negligence from his employees... I strongly believe this General manager is in on the FRAUDULENT LOANS they push through. Illegal practices

I was looking for an F-150 and they had one in stock that

I was looking for an F-150 and they had one in stock that matched most of my wants. From the beginning of the negations, they would continually ask when I would be coming in regardless if we had an agreed price. Since I was coming from out of state, I told them as soon as we agree to a price, I will purchase a ticket and be there the next day. We agreed upon a price and I purchased the ticket to land in Pheonix by 10 am the next morning. I made sure to confirm the truck and paperwork would be ready as I didnt want to sit in a dealership knowing I had a 6 hour drive home. I was assured the truck would be ready to drive home as soon as I signed the paperwork. When I arrived to the dealer, the truck was on its way back from getting the bedliner installed. One of the sales managers, Nick Van Horne informed the truck also had a flat so they would need to replace the tire. I had no issue with that as I understand things happen. The salesman and I sat in the showroom for over an hour while the dealer tried to procure a new tire. Around 12:oo pm, we were sitting in the showroom, I saw the truck pull up in the service bay and I asked to go look at it. While walking around it I noticed one of the rims had some curb rash, as the wheel were black, it was easy to see. Salesman informed Nick and Nick apologized to me. He said he could have it fixed but would take an extra hour or so. I was still very understanding and said no problem. Nick appreciated I wasnt making a big deal about all this and said "you wouldnt believe how upset people get for these items. Because you are so understanding, I will send you a $300 check as a token of our appreciation". I thanked him and the salesman and I went back to sitting in the showroom. Another 4+ hours go by and FINALLY the truck is ready to be driven home. I drove the truck home, without issue. About 70 days, I called the dealer to inquire about my $300 check and plates as I never received them. The front desk informed me the salesman no longer works there but would send me to another one. When I talked to the new salesman, they could see all these notes in their system and went to talk to the manager. The salesman said "I've talked to Nick and they are going to get back to you". To this day, I have heard nothing! On a side note, as I waited outside, I often heard tire screeching and was told the General Manager like to do burnouts in the trade-ins. They received a Raptor trade-in that morning and was being "tested".
