Great value for a used vehicle.

Mitch did an awesome job helping us find the best vehicle for the money for our son. He made sure the used truck we bought was in good working order and Lithia included new tires, windshield, and replaced a leaky head bolt heater. Thanks guys! It's nice that we can count on you to keep our family rolling down the road.

Highly recommend Lithia Dodge of Wasilla

We have purchased two vehicles from Mitch at Lithia Dodge in the last 5 months and have been very impressed with the service. Mitch has gone the extra mile (and then some) to ensure that we are satisfied with our vehicles. And Kevin is outstanding in the service department. They also did a beautiful job detailing the inside of our Ram 1500. We highly recommend this dealer and these two employees in particular.

Willie is the best sales person I ever met!

I called asked to speak to a sales person. I was put through to Willie. His customer service skills are incredible. He was knowledgeable and walked outside took a picture of a vehicle that he thought might interest me after our conversation. While trying to discuss the options for a deal I left went to another dealer. Willie asked me to be careful all sales people not the same. I got treated horribly and called Willie back. Willie got us the vehicle we like for the price we were looking for and all the options that make us happy new Grand Jeep Cherokee Limited Sterling edition.

Customer First

This dealership understands people and the importance of customer service; very refreshing. I was impressed with the care and time that the entire sales and staff gave to me. Although they were busy with other customers, I never felt rushed or pressured.

We recently purchased a Jeep Latitude and my wife just loves it. We had absolutely no pressure and our sales person (Randy) was very knowledgeable. This is my second vehicle Ive purchased from them and never had a bad experience. We had some options placed on the vehicle and and it was ready to roll the next morning. The place is definitely 5 star and there service department is also awesome.

Fuel filter, air bag recall and new key

I went in to have fuel filter changed, air bag on recall replaced and a new key made. Courtesy driver took me home and picked me up later when truck was ready.

Great service

They let me view vehicles on my own in the beginning and once I had questions were ready and available with answers and solutions. The purchase process went quickly and smooth. The whole experience was the best of any of my past vehicle purchases. Thank you

They treated us fairly, quickly, will come back again.

We bought the truck while living in Bethel and Lance and the crew did a fantastic job for us in getting everything together quickly over a weekend. I will return to Lithia for all work to be done and have already recommended Lithia to some friends as well.
