I was an out of state (lower 48) customer just in for an oil change while on a trip to Alaska. The service department had to know I wouldn't be buying a car from them in the future and wasn't likely to need their service in the future. That did not seem to matter. I was treated like a long time highly valued customer. I would say that if they treated me that well, any local user would be very well taken care of to use their service department and to make future purchases from this dealership. They can be confident that they will get excellent service and treatment.

Great Quick Service
We needed to get our truck serviced before we leave on a 8000 mile road trip. Lithia was able to get us in and out quickly so that we could run other errands on our list. We enjoyed the clean comfortable waiting area during our visit.

Great service once helped
This is my second time taking my vehicle in for repairs. And for the second time I have the same thought- there needs to be a better solution for a line. I had 3 people cut in front of me because they came in a different entrance. Its wasnt until I voiced outloud I was just going to put my keys in the drop box that I was finally acknowledged as a non helper individual. A process that should have taken 5 minutes ended up taking me 40 minutes.

Nothing express about their oil changes!
4 hours total between drop off and pick up for an express oil change! This service department has provided poor service from the beginning and has often tried to pull things over on me based on gender it seems! After my husband calls, he gets to the bottom of things and the rest of the information. I often feel like I’m inconveniencing this store by asking for the services they provide. Long wait times, inconsiderate staff and unsatisfactory service! If I didn’t have a lifetime oil change contract with this location I would never go back!
