In at 0800 and out by 0900. Lifetime oil changes are worth every penny as the technicians go through systems and recommend any issues that need addressing. Very helpful...

My overall experience was mostly positive, which is rare these days at any car dealership in my experience. However, a couple of comments: - we knew more overall than the various people we spoke to; we had to speak to several people to confirm things (contract cancellation agreement, taking the car to a third party mechanic, etc.) - when I drove my car off the lot 2 things hadn't been addressed, and I would have felt a LOT safer if they would have been (as I live 3 hours from this dealership, in the mountains & an hour from anything; plus, I'm in my 60's) - they have not addressed these issues in my follow up emails so I guess I'm on my own for those

Limited Ioniq 5
We drove 3 hours to get to Fresno where bought a new Ioniq 5 and traded in our previous vehicle. The team there knew we were driving several hours and they had most of our paperwork and logistics completed on our arrival. The whole day was smooth and we enjoyed the experience. From the time we got there to the time we left, we felt we were treated with respect and the upmost professionalism.
