I recently purchased a used Lexus from Rivertown Toyota.

I recently purchased a used Lexus from Rivertown Toyota. It was site unseen. I guess I had more faith in what I assumed was a reputable dealership selling a vehicle at a $40,000 plus price point. The car I received had three separate chips in the windshield a screw in the tire and what I thought was road tar but apparently was paint peppered over the front And rear driver side doors. Extremely disappointed with everything but the sales associate who is a professional by the name of Jonah which is the only reason for any stars. I’m just shocked that a GM and detail department would send out a vehicle in that condition with their name on it. Lesson learned.

This is a sleazy dealership.

This is a sleazy dealership. Hard sell and bullying are their specialty. Gary, the salesperson I had the misfortune of interacting with was uninformed and had to continually ask others for information. His hard sell was pathetic. He took my key to have my 2020 BMW with 14,500 miles on it looked over. He moved it to a spot 10 feet from where it had been parked and did not return my key. After wasting 1.5 hours with him I asked for my key back. He went and fetched his manager who offered no new information. I then demanded my key back and left, never to return. DON’T waste your time with these crooks!

The salesperson was knowledgeable and respectful, however the financing agent was a slick.I would suggest you take a lawyer to cloing so that you dont get taken.
