Was told tires were rotated and air pressure adjusted and none of these things were done,vehicle is still under Toyota guard services and second time they have lied about services that they didn't complete and still after about 18 months waiting on parts for SAFETY RECALL.

When I checked in the customer service representative
When I checked in the customer service representative sent an email. I checked in at 9 I checked to see what my status was at 11. It stated it was checked in and that is it. I went to the representative and the same time the guy dropped my paperwork and keys off. When the customer service representative returned to her desk I told her that was my key. She stated go have a seat I will call you when I am ready for you.
