I dreaded the thought of buying a car, based on my experiences the past 2 times I had purchased a vehicle. But Volvo of Gilbert was a great surprise - the salesperson (Josiah Hall) was great, as was everybody I encountered there. Josiah was professional and courteous and was very helpful without being pushy, so I had a relaxed and pleasant experience. I highly recommend him and this dealership as I am 100% satisfied.

Make sure if you take you vehicle for repair service don't report your repair as accident with blank area to Carfax. Very slimy dealership do not go there !!!.

Best Customer Service in Phoenix! My husband and I found a used car on this dealership's website. We submitted an online request for contact and got a call within 15 minutes. Josiah called us and helped us when we arrived on his site. AND the internet price was the price of the car. At other dealerships, we experienced several non-disclosed addons once we got to the dealers site. Josiah was professional and courteous. It was a night and day difference to the way we had been treated at two other dealerships. Shawn helped us with the finance part of the sale and was very thorough and patient while explaining everything to us. We would highly recommend this dealership. Very clean environment, and covid-19 safe.

We'd been shopping for a used S90 and found a likely candidate listed on the Volvo Cars Gilbert website and went to have a look. A test drive was taken with Josiah Hall who did an excellent job of demonstrating the features and benefits of the vehicle. The car was Volvo Certified and pretty much immaculate, so we decided to see what the numbers looked like. The negotiation came down to what we wanted out of our trade, and ultimately were able to get what we needed to make the deal work. This was a bit of a protracted process, but buying a car is never quick, so not unexpected. Shawn Cleghorn was our paperwork guy and getting through the finance department was super easy and everything was done quickly and efficiently without any pressure to upsell us on additional products and dealer add-ons. Throughout the entire process everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and extremely low-pressure. The facility itself is beautiful. We wish all car buying experiences could be this comfortable!

Had a horrible experience at this dealership. Brought my car in to get fixed, they told me I needed extensive work done right away. Took it to my mechanic that evening and he said nothing was wrong. Not only were they dishonest, they were also very rude at this location. I drive out of my way to visit another dealership.

First the positive; very friendly staff, nice & clean dealership. Good inventory choices. Very helpful employees...while @ the dealership. Now the negative. Very poor follow ups/customer service. Took employee 2 days to respond to an email, and then after a phone call--in which i indicated i was ready to move forward on a purchase--the employee ghosted me. Gave a pretty competitive price quote when I first arrived at the dealership, but then when I was ready to purchase, the price went up. Employee asked if I had original quote from dealership, which I did, and then stated he was going to check to see why the price appeared to go up. Never heard back from employee.

My experience at this dealership was superior. I felt the sales personnel was extremely patient, knowledgeable and professional. The finance manager was extremely thorough in going over all of the options and paperwork.

I enjoyed the snacks in the waiting area. The funny thing is that I wasn’t there very long...they finished my routine maintenance very fast! Great job!
