My wife and I recently purchased a truck from Mercedes Benz of Columbia and it was a pleasure working with the Salesman Zac Nichols and Finance Manager Danh Do. From the start, both went above and beyond to make our experience at the Dealership the most positive experience that we’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle. It was clear to me that everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and truly wanted to help the customer. We won’t hesitate to come back when we’re in the market again for a new car.

I usually do not do reviews, but these guys at Mercedes-Benz of Columbia absolutely deserves more than a 5 star review. Danh Do Finance Manage, and Kofi's Adadey who happened to be my sales person were amazing. Their customer service and lever of customer engagement is "Bar None"!!!!. The environment and atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing. From the Car lot, to the Sales floor, everyone is very helpful and polite. They make you feel like family. Mercedes-Benz of Columbia is the best dealership in the Mid-West they surpasses my expectation. Therefore I will be a repeat customer, because I am a satisfied customer.

Zac made the buying process very simple. Excellent communication. Professional interactions, no pushy up-sales.
