Zac was the best! I am not the normal shopper, I am bottom line, direct to the point, and Zac handled "Beth" just fine. Was an extreme Delite to work with. It is funny how it becomes a small world, Husband was a Kewpie, we all attended CMU, was only one downfall thru this whole transaction. I am a huge KU basketball fan. and I meet a huge MU fan. Top notch service! I was traveling when my Mercedes experienced some trouble. They quickly got me into their service department, they remedied the situation, and couldn't have been more accommodating. The customer lounge is very comfortable, and the service department personnel were very friendly. I would highly recommend service at this dealership!
