Homerun!

Some Dealers will get you to 1st, 2nd, or maybe 3rd base, but I experienced the homerun affect from Chase, and Mercedes-Benz of Loveland, Cordorodo. The level of trust, amazing customer service and most importantly is their outstanding attention to detail to ensure CUSTOMER satisfaction, and how easy Chase, Nic and the entire team made my vehicle purchase a major homerun success. Awesome customer service

Our visit to Mercedes Benz of Loveland was an awesome experience the customer service was outstanding and helpful, we couldn’t decide on what we wanted to purchase but Nic Mercer was very clear explaining the difference on different models, also Alex Bovee was very professional assisting

Fanatical

Alex Bovee was my sales assistant, he was extremely well informed and polite. Everything I asked about the vehicle, he was able to answer. Felipe Sorzano was my finance assistance since I did their in-house finance. Everything was simple smooth and easy through their financial department. The lot itself was very well kept up, and the building exterior and interior was in great shape. Everyone working there was extremely friendly.

Excellent Staff Interaction and Service Very Good

Service Rep/ Parker was excellent. The one-to-one interaction as one leaves the vehicle and picks it up - is wonderful. Overall service for oil change was excellent. Provided a ride to local restaurant and picked us up after meal. Any issues pending to complete, we went over and parts were requested. Hope next visit is as good as this one., One item overlooked - windshield washer sprayer snapped during cold temps when went to clean windshield and Parker advised he would have it replaced. I had put tube back on wiper via black tie. This did not happen. Not sure where it was dropped for completion. Vehicle did not appear to have been washed either. Not sure if that was due to wet weather. I am confident the small items will be cleared up with next visit. Would definitely recommend Mercedes - Benz Loveland for anything!

Excellent Buying Experience

I had an excellent buying experience working with Brian Butler and Chase Albright, as well as Alex Clarke in the finance department. They all made the experience very easy and I feel extremely happy about my purchase. They were dedicated in helping me find the right car for me. I highly recommend the entire team.

Accommodating & Understanding

Bradley and Brain were great to work with. Both were understanding of my situation. Brain did a great job in making sure I was comfortable with their suggestions and that I was clear with the processes. James, with the service department was accommodating my needs and time-frame. Felipe was wonderful. He clearly explained all of the additional options to me and was not pushy.

E-300 purchase

Paul and Felipe were awesome. They took care of us in a speedy way and stayed over to get everything done correctly. The were not pushy are try and sell up things we did not want. . We bought a E-300 Paul took time out to show us the features on the car. They both were great to do business with. I do not know the name of the man that cleaned the car up for us but he was very nice also. Thank you so much for your customer service.

Quality service and friendly staff

At Mercedes of Loveland we received great service and a friendly staff. Chase was very knowledgeable and helpful. They backed their word and sold us a great SUV at a very good price. We will be recommending them to our friends.
