February 27, 2013 Just a note regarding our interaction yesterday with Roberto Saenz at Kachina Cadillac: We had been to two different Cadillac dealerships prior to our meeting with Roberto. As we are people who do extensive research before purchasing large ticket items, we sent emails to all of the local dealerships with the MSRP information we had gathered on a very specific configuration of the 2013 SRX Performance model asking for quotes. As we were walking out the door toward ordering our car from another dealer, Roberto emailed with the best offer yet. I was hesitant to keep up the process as the salesman at the other dealership had been so helpful and worked so hard for us, that I came into the meeting with Roberto a bit guarded. It wasn’t long however, before Roberto had won me over with his knowledge about the car, the purchasing information, and what to expect from Kachina Cadillac, all presented with his obvious love of the whole process. His extensive knowledge, honesty and genuine affability (not to mention the best deal we’d encountered so far) were important factors in changing my mind right then and there. Our intention in going over to Kachina Cadillac was to collect information, but thanks to Roberto we walked out after ordering our car, satisfied with the process. We were impressed enough that even after we heard from the original dealer that they would beat Roberto’s offer by $300, we declined. We look forward to the same level of interaction with Roberto and Kachina Cadillac as the process continues. J Davis

I gave this dealership several chances. I bought my vehicle from them and decided to get my maintenance from them until I learned that they lie and cheat to cut every penny even if it dangerous to their customers... 1st, they sold me tires that had been sitting on the shelf for 2 years (I learned the manufacturing date from the experts at discount tire)... Kachina tried to deny it until I showed them that I was knowledgable. I had to fight for weeks to get new ones after I had 2 blow outs within 10,000 miles due to cheap dried out tires... 2nd, they wouldn't fix a known ABS problem in my 2006 CTS which was still under warranty until I threatened to sue... 3rd, they wouldn't replace a dead battery that I purchased from them and was only 6 months old... Then they tried to tell me that I had never purchased a battery from them... until I went home and got the invoice. All of the sudden they found their copy of the invoice as well... AND THE BEST PART, when I tried to post a bad review the first time, they called and offered me hundreds of dollars in free work in return for deleting my post. I'm not deleting it this time! Everyone should know what awful work they do and how they lie to people in order to get what they want! I wonder how many people they call and harass to get them to delete bad reviews...

Sales practices not consumer freindly. Salesman made incorrect statements critical to comparing their offer to their competitor. Management would do nothing to satisfy my concerns or offer compensation.

we purchased our 2012 SRX in Oct 2012 from Roberto Saenz. He is the best sales person we have ever worked with. He knows everything about his product and can explain it very well. He was so helpful and pleasent. We have to agree with everything the other customers have written about him. It is so nice to know that we can call on him anytime with any questions we have. He makes us feel like he is our friend and can depend on him. We were and are very satisfied with the service and will highly recommend him to anyone.

I just purchased a 2013 Cadillac Escalade ESV from...

I just purchased a 2013 Cadillac Escalade ESV from Kachina Cadillac. I have owned multiple Cadillac's prior to this purchase but this was the first one from Kachina. My sales associate was Roberto Saenz. I first spoke to Roberto on the phone last week. The entire agreement including a trade in of my older model Escalade was done over the phone. Needless to say, I was exteremely impressed when I dropped off the older Escalade late on the night before the Thanksgiving Holiday and Roberto had everything in order just as promised over the phone. We wanted a color that was not on the lot and Roberto had to locate the correct unit for delivery the next week. Roberto had a beautiful loaner vehicle ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. We picked up the ESV today and Roberto had the remaining documents in order once again ready for signature. He spent a great amount of time explianing the operations, settings and functions of this wonderful vehicle to my wife and I. The overall experience was exceptional, professional and enjoyable. When I am ready to purchase another Cadillac I will be calling Roberto. I sincerely recommend that anyone interested in buying a Cadillac to contact Roberto and experience the Kachina difference. I've been buying cars for 50 years and after so much bull...

I've been buying cars for 50 years and after so much bull and hard times, finally I found a dealer who was actually a joy to work with. We agreed to terms over the phone and everything was as promised. No bait and switch, no games. It was a real pleasant and actually felt good leaving the dealership. Thanks guys. I now have a totally different view of car people thanks to Carl. Now if only lawyers could change, but maybe that's hoping for too much!!

Roberto made this purchase an easy carefree process that...

Roberto made this purchase an easy carefree process that added to my happiness regarding getting a new Cadillac. He did not come off like a "typical" pushy salesman. He was genuine and worked diligently to find me the exact car I wanted. He stayed in touch with me daily throughout the process and gained my trust. I always felt like I was in good hands and I worried about nothing. When I picked up my new car Roberto spent at least 2 hours with me explaining how to use all the features including OnStar and sirius radio system. I left the dealership that night feeling really good about the car, dealership and the people. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced anywhere.

Met Dennis first and he was extremely helpful. Talked with John only a little bit and then to Andy when we finalized everything. Everyone was great and really made this a positive experience. I am very satisfied and will definitely be going back there in the future.

I BOUGT A RED CAD SRX YESTERDAY 11-12-2012 SUPER CAR!!!! SO FAR RUN GREAT!! I BOUGHT THE CAR BECAUSE OF THE GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT CAR THIS IS MY 9TH CADILLAC WILL GO TO KACHINA AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. I WAS A GOOD CUSTOMER OF LUND CAD, BOUGHT 3 ESCALADE IN THE PAST ,BUT SINCE THEY SOLD OUT REAL BAD SERVICE I WAS GOING TO BUY FROM LUND BUT I CONTACTED YOU AND I'M VERY PLEASED THAT'S JOHN T. CHERRY
