Scheduled an appointment with Kimo to test drive a 2019 Mazda CX-3. He promptly met me in front of the dealership with the car ready to test drive. He spent time teaching me about the car, how to navigate the control panel, and even got to know me as a person. He was helpful through the entire process and never made me feel pressured to make a decision I wasn't happy with.
