I’ve been to a few dealers and I gotta say I never got

I’ve been to a few dealers and I gotta say I never got the experience that I was met with at JN Chevrolet on Nimitz. Mark and Mike were two amazing individuals that I had the pleasure of working with. They continued to communicate and assist in any needs to helping me acquire my dream truck. A huge shoutout to the finance one man army Andrew for getting us a much better deal then what was originally given due to a few lacks on my end. Regardless, the entire dealership really went above and beyond with their service and I couldn’t be more grateful to of been able to work with them. They really brought the Aloha to vehicle buying. A few things, they just moved their dealership a few blocks down and though I didn’t get the chance to check out their new lounge area, I was told it is a huge upgrade to the previous one. Better fit for longer waits, additional entertainment and areas to acquire snacks to pass time. Big thanks again to JN Chevrolet!

Michel ‘Mike’ Marcel and finance guy Andrew made this purchase a breeze! Mike showed me the exact vehicle I inquired about and also offered a back-up vehicle at a lower price…then I even changed my mind and chose a different color! The process was quicker than usual (under 3 hours!) and Andrew the finance guy had me set with clear pricing and payment terms in almost no time. Mahalo for the fast and enjoyable buying experience!!!

Mike took care of my wife and I the moment we arrived at

Mike took care of my wife and I the moment we arrived at the dealership. He was very professional and able to answer all of our questions on the spot. He even went a step further and got us to rethinking our current auto insurance policy that ended up being more economical for our situation. The overall experience was amazing since we just arrived in Hawaii. Completely and overwhelmed by the service we received.

Mark Rogers, yous THE BEST MAN!

Mark Rogers, yous THE BEST MAN!!my first time ever buying a car and u made it possible for me to get a spankin new car!I came in to the dealership told you what car I wanted and that's exactly what I drove off with!!Mark wasn't pushy or anything, instead he recommended the stuffs I needed for the car for example the "gap" program which I did add on.Mark gave me tips on the maintenance for the car, which was super helpful since I don't know much about cars.The next day I got the car the tire light came on, I contacted Mark and he went out of his way and drove to my job to get my car and take it to the maintenance center to get it checked out and brought my car back to my work place!!who does that?!!Mark knew I wouldn't have the time to take the car in myself because by the time I get off work the maintenance place closes.It was such a smooth experience, from the minute we meet to the end of our deal!He explained and walked through it allllll!! Mark answered all questions and explained everything soo easy for me to understand how the process works!I didn't feel pressured or anything which was great being that I have anxiety!AND, being a healthcare worker Mark mentioned that we get $500 off!!How amazing is it that!! Mark definitely made it a smooth transaction and I gratefully appreciate it! Mark Rogers, thanks again dude! Bless your heart!

Is place was amazing!

Is place was amazing! The best customer service I have ever had. I want to give a shout out to the General Sales Manager Jason Hattori and Sales Consultant Mike Marcelin for helping me and providing that above and beyond service. I want to thank them and and the rest of the team. They made me want to travel back in time because I wish I went to them to purchase a vehicle instead of Servco. In this case I was selling my vehicle to them and they helped me out a lot. I was selling it due to moving to the Mainland and when I turned my vehicle in, I told them I was going to still be here for a week. With no vehicle I was about to get an Uber to my last day of work and they just went beyond and provide a driver from the dealership to drop me off. They deserve a raise, a vacation, or something. I am grateful for that. Is there a JN Chevrolet in Washington? I want that type of customer service to where I am moving.
