This was the worst car shopping experience I ever had.
This was the worst car shopping experience I ever had. I went to look at a used Subaru. The car itself was dirty on the inside- there was pet and human hair inside, a bad odor, and the seats were ripped. I could have overlooked that if it wasn’t for everything else.. The salesman was unfriendly, barely spoke to me or my wife, and had the audacity to open my driver’s side door prior to the test drive and roll my window up without asking me (I was adjusting my mirrors and looking at the radio/console prior to driving). Once I began driving, there was an immediate sloshing noise. I asked the salesman what it was, and he pretended not to hear it until it became too obvious and loud to ignore. Then he said something about how it had rained that morning.. until the power steering fluid began leaking onto my foot and the pedals while driving. He didn’t say anything about there being fluid leaking on my foot, despite me repeatedly saying it was happening. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and didn’t know what to do. I finished the 5min test drive loop, and showed him the puddle of power steering fluid. He said I couldn’t buy the car since it was going to the shop. He didn’t offer to show me other cars, did not apologize, or even offer me a towel to wipe off my foot.. Just an absolutely bizarre, terrible experience. I have no idea why this place has good reviews. I would not ever go back.

Zero Stars - Extremely Poor Service at JN Chevrolet I
Zero Stars - Extremely Poor Service at JN Chevrolet I had an incredibly disappointing experience with JN Chevrolet that I feel compelled to share. My vehicle was serviced on November 13, 2024, because the fan under the hood was running loudly and continued even after the car was turned off. Additionally, the air conditioning wasn’t functioning. After a diagnostic, I was told the engine coolant temperature sensor was the issue. I paid $845.61 and was assured that the problem was resolved. However, less than a week later, the same issues returned, and I had difficulty starting the car. I brought it back on November 19, 2024, but after three days, I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong and was instructed to pick it up on November 22. To my dismay, the same problems reappeared immediately upon returning home, now with the engine light illuminated. When I tried to address this in November, I was threatened with police involvement and told they would call my military chain of command, yet my vehicle's issues remained unresolved. This treatment was completely unacceptable. On February 28, 2025, I contacted the service center again and encountered rudeness from a female representative who informed me I couldn't receive my invoice without a charge and claimed they had no control over the part I purchased, even if it was defective. This lack of accountability is troubling, especially since I paid for a service that did not resolve the issues. Today, I had to go to another auto shop for the same problem and ended up paying for the repair again. The new dealership confirmed they were addressing the exact issue that JN Chevrolet claimed to have fixed, which was discussed while the JN service representative was on the phone. Overall, my experience at JN Chevrolet has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking reliable service.

Mike was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
Mike was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Greeting me at the door to immediately getting to work on finishing me a car with in my range of pricing. He found amazing cars for me and of course went into detail with each car he brought to my attention. Charmer for sure and makes the experience easy and stress free. MUCH LOVE TO MIKE THATS MY BOY!!! 5 stars all around the board.

I’ve had several new cars in my time.
I’ve had several new cars in my time. I’ve never experienced the customer service received by the car salesmen we had named Mike. He was accommodating and used the time we had to ensure my daughter received what fit her and what fit her budget. He was transparent, thorough and genuine in his actions and with his intentions. I am normally really uneasy around car salesmen because they always have a hidden agenda. Mike made it easy to trust him. He made sure we understood the numbers and what would take place every step of the process. He even took the time to entertain my mother’s questions and expectations of him. He was thorough with my daughter as this is her first new vehicle. He walked her through every step and even took the time to help her to set up of her “My Chevrolet.” All in all, Mike is exceptionally professional, warm and inviting.
