The Sales department was fantastic when I bought a brand

The Sales department was fantastic when I bought a brand new Silverado. However, less than 6 days later and 1133 miles, I received the following alerts that came in and stayed on. 1) service ESC, 2) service traction control, 3) check engine light on, and 4) forward collision disabled. I recorded this all on my phone and drove to the dealership at 30 miles an hour as the truck struggled and jerked. Got to the dealership and showed someone the video and alerts were on in the lot. However, by the time the Master Tech looked at it, there were no codes on the scanner and the lights were apparently off. My problem is that I was charged $466 for the Diagnostic Fee because they couldn’t find anything. Was also told I need to bring it in when it is happening, to which I did. So I am not happy with the service at all because it is a Brand New Truck with 1133 miles on it and they actually saw the problem when I brought it in. So, do not recommend this dealership at all. Avoid as they are apparently out to get money and have no pride in the vehicles they sell from the lot. Totally poor customer service!!

There is only 1 service manager, which I spoke to at the time, so contacting her will do absolutely no good. If someone else cares to speak with me and wants to improve your processes, you can contact me. If not, I hope your customer service and processes improve.

Our salesperson was Brandon and he was great.

Our salesperson was Brandon and he was great. Very friendly and helpful. He coordinated with me so I was never waiting around for the next step. FYI this is a no negotiating dealership for used vehicles. That certainly makes things go more quickly. I did purchase a vehicle and it was clean with a full tank when I picked it up. An excellent experience.
