Niello Acura

Excellent customer service. Jonathan was phenomenal in making the experience memorable for me. I was frustrated via another transaction with another dealer and working with Jonathan reenergized my goal to attain the vehicle I really wanted.

The sales team was absolutely incredible here and I commend them with my sincerest appreciation. More dealers should be as helpful as this one and I encourage people to go here for a proper dealer experience. That being said, Acura really let me down on this integra a spec. The type S is the car the integra should have been when it first launched. The regular a spec has been extremely dull, soulless, and uninspiring to drive. Some could say it should be expected with such low horse power but man is this thing sluggish. The drive is one of the most boring I have ever had and my daily used to be a jetta. The inside is extremely luxurious and in comfort mode it feels incredibly smooth however, it just does not embody any part of the previous integra generation soul. It no longer feels like a get in and do anything but instead a get from point a to point b and at the price point I was expecting a bit more to be honest. At least some thrill in driving this new car . The looks can get it so far because it does look great even without the type S side fenders but it’s just so boring to drive, my partner and I are very saddened by Acura and feel let down by the new integra as previous gen integra owners/family. I wouldn’t suggest this new integra that’s not a type s to anybody but I would suggest Neilo Acura for their amazing customer service. Will be looking to sell this soon to go another route unfortunately.

The staff at Niello Acura was beyond helpful with the purchase of our vehicle. The whole experience didn’t feel like a sales transaction but getting to know the people who were there to help us make our car dreams come true. Everyone was very professional. You can tell customer service was their first priority. They answered all my questions and made the experience very smooth and easygoing. Left the dealership very happy.

Because we were traveling about 1 1/2 hrs I called ahead and Daniel answered. We were looking for a particular car and color choices. He checked to make sure they had what the website indicated. He called to confirm and met us when we arrived. He knew the car well. He along with the rest of the team was very professional and respectful. My wife and I were very pleased with the experience.

I received a good car for a good price. The sales team was great. The only reason I did not give a 5 Star rating was Brian said the car manual was at the dealership instead I received a digital copy of the manual sent to my email.

Brian Was wonderful. I have had not great experiences before with Sales at Niello. Came back to give one more chance and he “Won my business”. Great service, patient, friendly and very detailed. Will refer others to him for sure….A+
