Everyone that I interacted with were friendly and patient

Everyone that I interacted with were friendly and patient with me as I went through my car buying decision. They were willing to negotiate and provided me with plenty of options to choose from.

This is my second purchase through Niello and my first

This is my second purchase through Niello and my first sale using David. A previous transaction at Niello was a tad bumpy even though I was relatively happy after closing the sale. David was beyond patient with our questions & helped to minimize the back & forth that we would normally go through at a car dealership. That alone was very important to me/us since like most people, buying a car isn't too much of fun. David keep us entertained while waiting to go to the Finance dept to finish the paperwork. The wait wasn't that pleasant since it was a Sunday and they had one Finance person out sick leaving only 2 to handle the hordes of customers looking to buy before the tariffs take affect. Bottom line is, I would easily use him again which is my best testimony. Experience, professionalism and patience are the 3 keys to an Excellent salesperson.

I purchased my 2nd Acura using Niello.

I purchased my 2nd Acura using Niello. Ron was extremely thorough & very professional. He explained every detail of our transaction & was more than willing to take more time to dig-deeper into the details that were somewhat unclear to us. I've always believed that the actual proof of how someone is professionally as well as the dealership is, would I come back to them to do business with. The answer is yes. Great job by Ron (2nd time) and the dealership (2nd time).

The price we were quoted was increased by $5000 .

The price we were quoted was increased by $5000 . I almost walked out, I didn't like the fact that the price changed from outside to inside. I did like Chris.
