Niello Acura

We bought a car just a little over two weeks ago from Daniel. He was nice and informative. The only reason I didn’t mark him five stars was he put a bow on the front and it was a windy day and it scratched my hood and we’ve reached out to him three times now to find out when that could get fixed and we have yet to hear back. The only reason I rated the dealership is a whole as a four was because they kept going back-and-forth in our financials and what we needed to have with us and we had to go back home to retrieve our Tahoe for the trade-in and they didn’t get any of the paperwork done and ready while we were gone and instead we had to sit in the dealership for five hours for it to get finished with my young children
