New Sales person Rich was great!

New Sales person Rich was great! Very friendly, respectful and as helpful as he could be. I was very disappointed in how we were treated by Pedro and Ronald - admittedly my husband was suspicious and annoyed and agitated by two things and let them know it - (background story, we drove up from Bay Area arriving at 6pm on a Sat. night after 2 hours of traffic, stayed until approx. 10:30pm, no dinner and then had to drive back arriving home at midnight) - so a lot of grumpy people on both sides…EXCEPT for Rich! What a nice guy…but geez! We are the customer buying our first car in a decade!!! I know how to de-escalate, but these guys decided to be get annoyed and defensive immediately instead of calmly trying to explain their logic or need for documents to be signed - it was SOOOOO uncomfortable - honestly, I could have done a WAY better job then those two. Let’s be honest, they knew they “had us over a barrel” because we really wanted the car, and we do love it - it’s beautiful and we’ve loved our Honda for 20 years so we know we’ll love the Acura MDX, but what a bad taste I have in my mouth after that testosterone stand off… I loved Rich though!!!!! Don’t let him loose his “new guy” essence!! Oh, and we really liked “Dave” who answered our initial online call and reached out to Niello quickly and got us set up to view the car - REALLY nice guy!! Please tell him I said so.

Chris Knutson was very attentive and helpful.

Chris Knutson was very attentive and helpful. He was busy the day we drove up but he made sure to answer all my questions and keep up updated on the process. Chris was also very quick to respond to my calls after the purchase. Bijan in the finance department was very helpful as well.

Best dealership experience so far.

Best dealership experience so far. Everyone was great to work with. I appreciated the through test drive experience which helped me experience most of the cars features.

A wonderful buying experience!

A wonderful buying experience! Johnathan was great and very knowledgeable. Our loan officer was also great and worked hard to get us the right loan for us.

Chris was great.

Chris was great. Gary was very reasonable and I was thankful he listened and was able to help. I wasn't thrilled that the dealership has a policy of no price negotiations. It made things harder but it all worked out in the end.
