This is our 5th Acura from Niello Acura and we won’t go

This is our 5th Acura from Niello Acura and we won’t go anywhere else. They consistently have top level service . Lance, and Brian were very knowledgeable and took the time to get us the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted. And, they are friendly, approachable and honest people. Thank you!.

Buying a car is always a relatively long and somewhat

Buying a car is always a relatively long and somewhat stressful process - but the niello staff made that experience a much more rewarding and enjoyable experience!

Booked an appt to come view a car, get there and the car

Booked an appt to come view a car, get there and the car is FILTHY, yet all the floor mats were so slick with armor all I slipped out of the car. Vehicle also had leaking battery, and bad AC motor fan. Dealership unwilling to fix any issues, or negotiate on price. Then after we left without purchasing we continued to get pestered with emails, texts, etc for a car that they refused to fix and ultimately sold with a leaking battery and bad AC motor.

Roy and David have provided excellent support.

Roy and David have provided excellent support. When I compared with the dealer in oakland I feel the milage per year set as part of this deal is low 7500 miles where as I see from oakland dealer 10000 miles. Just wanted to share my feedback on this.

Purchasing experience was simple and easy in/out.

Purchasing experience was simple and easy in/out. Service experience was just okay. Warranty work was required and instead of being in/out in 2 hours as expected, I needed to leave my vehicle until the next day as a part was at an off-site warehouse. Instead of being able to follow-through with my plans after my 2 hour service, I was issued an Uber back home and back instead of being offered a loaner vehicle. Disappointed in such a service experience for a luxury vehicle. Compared to my service experience at Audi (Rocklin), this was not a 5 star.

This is my second time leasing through them.

This is my second time leasing through them. Always has been an easy friendly experience. My salesperson Artiom, has gone way above what I expected with his easy manner and absolutely no high pressure. He’s also very kind.

This has been hands down the best car buying experience

This has been hands down the best car buying experience we’ve had. During our test drive Dave Lujan (sales) was reading off facts about the vehicle and giving us all the information we would need about it. Sales, finance and management were all welcoming and pleasant. Fast and easy process, no pressure. We will definitely check out this dealer first on our future purchases thanks again, we are absolutely loving our TRD 4Runner!
