Arty/Jonathan communicated with one another when Arty was

Arty/Jonathan communicated with one another when Arty was out and I was interested in a vehicle. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and accommodating while remaining communicative and responsive. Jonathan and team was able to navigate the EV tax credit with little delay. Very happy with this location despite this being my first experience. Would highly recommend and consider for future purchases. Thank you!

Moe did an amazing job during our visit, and we were very

Moe did an amazing job during our visit, and we were very clear with him and the sales manager that we had a pre-approval letter and did not want our credit run any further. They assured us that wouldn’t be an issue and that the pre-approval letter was sufficient. However, the next morning, just before our vehicle was due for delivery, we received a call from the finance department claiming they had found a better rate but had run our credit without our consent. We were told this was "normal," but based on our conversation with the lender, the credit had already been checked, and another run wasn’t necessary. Now, we’re being flooded with counter-offers from various banks, which we were specifically trying to avoid. It's disappointing that despite our explicit instructions, our credit was unnecessarily run, and the situation was poorly handled.

Arty answered all my questions and didn’t hesitate to demo everything I wanted to see. Very easy to work with. Easy transaction. Everything was straight forward and transparent to the deal. I felt no pressure at all. Arty was great!

This is my fourth car purchase from Niello Acura, and I even make the drive over from NV. I was worried about finding someone new to work with after my favorite, Gary, retired, but Arti exceeded my expectations! While the process took a bit longer than I had hoped, Arti was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through all the features of my new ZDX, ensuring it was customized perfectly to my preferences. Bijan in finance was also awesome and made the long paperwork an enjoyable process.

Our salesman was amazing.

Our salesman was amazing. Arti was patient and understood we weren’t folks that liked any pressure. He also took all the time to explain everything to us and was extremely knowledgeable about all the Acura models.
