They have no clue of customer service. They are great at selling vehicles but their customer service in their service department needs major help. We tried them twice and both times terrible service. They will put things on your invoice that they never performed and they do not follow what the manufacturer recommends. Just save yourself the the problems and go some place else. They sell these vehicles up and down the State.

I had a great experience at BMW of Visalia today. Just purchased a Cadillac CTS , the customer service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very professional ! Frank was very helpful in helping me get the car I wanted. Thank you Frank!!

Recently purchased a 2011 BMW X5. Not to mention the great deal I got made it even more worth it. The salesman RC was very informative and patient with my concerns. Also Brad from finance recommended a warranty that I really needed. All in all I Highly Recommend BMW of Visalia.

Bought this BMW fully loaded and love it. First trip to LA from Visalia I got 46.9 MPG The Car Has Active Cruise Control - I highly recommend that for any car buyer now. Practically drove from Visalia to LA and back with out having to touch the brake or accelerator. Purchased a 2015 BMW M3 in November. It was so much easier than I'm used to. Shayne was a big help, he was knowledgeable and knew just about everything the car came with. I never felt like I was pressured which was nice. Also after we agreed to a price, BMW came out with a rebate while we were waiting for my car to arrive, they adjusted my payment to reflect that. I don't know if BMW does that automatically, but it was sure appreciated. Great group of guys, been through my first oil change, that was quick and professional also. They're doing a lot of things right.

So, I found this Red GMC on the BMW of Visalia website. I filled out the online application and got a call back within 10 min from Ashley, in the Internet Sales Department. She was very helpful and most important she was kind and cheerful. Thanks Brad and RC for the amazing deal and all your hard work getting me the best deal, you guys are amazing at what you do. Thanks for the awesome experience. Definitely way better than a Keller Deal lol!!

When I walked into BMW of Visalia I got so much more than I expected! During the process of purchasing my 2012 BMW 750Li I was treated with such excellent customer service from RC (Sales Employee) he was very patient with me and was very professional through the entire car buying process.
