Wonderful experience!!

We couldn't be happier with our purchase. It was one of the best car buying experiences. We drove from Redding, CA a 6 hour drive they had everything ready for us when we arrived. They had us back on the road in no time at all with our new car. Kevin worked on his day off to get everything approved and ready for us. We will definitely go back!!

Best car buying experience

I have been going to get my car serviced and buy parts for my previous 3 series for a good time now and have always had a positive experience. Once I was ready to get into a newer car I returned to BMW of Visalia and I couldn't be happier. As soon as I walked into BMW Ed Fuentes came over to me and from there it was a wrap. He is such a friendly and honest person. He was honest with me the entire way, and he explained everything to me. Being a first time buyer it was a little harder for me to get the right APR from banks, but he went out of his way to get me the best deal. You feel like family when you are at BMW of Visalia, none of the intimidation tactics that you get from other dealerships. Not to mention the great price I got on my new 335 which was about 3k lower then in kbb. They definitely made me a returning customer.

BMW purchase

I previously purchased a 5 Series BMW in October 2012 from the Visalia BMW. This led me to go back and purchase another BMW for my mother. I didn't hesitate to re contact my previous salesman Ed Fuentes. Ed treats me and my family with respect and goes out of his way to please the customer. I am a local contractor here in town and I know what customer service is all about. Ed never disappoints and is currently looking to get us another BMW this year (2014). Id like to say thank you to every one we dealt with in the Sales department. The purchase of the BMW went smooth and outstanding. Go see Ed over at the Visalia BMW, you'll be pleasantly surprised with the customer service.

Excellent Used Car Buying Experience

After my wife's car was involved in an accident, we were looking for a good used car to replace our 2002 Honda Accord. She had been doing research on price, location, mileage and condition. She found a 2007 Accord with fewer miles and at a better price than other places she'd looked. We went to look at it at the Dealership. Shayne was our Client Adviser. He was very helpful and as we were getting ready for a test drive, were told that the brakes had a problem and that they would be fixed as part of the sale. Then the car wouldn't start. We were also assured the battery would be tested and replaced if necessary. The car is very comfortable, the brakes were fixed and battery replaced. All for a very competitive price. We were very pleased with the entire process and highly recommend BMW of Visalia to anyone looking for a well cared for vehicle.

Leaps and Bounds

My wife and I had been shopping for a vehicle for a few months, we had been looking all over the Valley. Then we decided to go to Visalia BMW. Well from the first handshake to the last. we were treated so well. We first met Ed, he introduced us to Bob, and then Brad. These 3 gentlemen treated us so well. Each one of them was so professional, they really took time to listen and helped find that perfect car we had been looking for. Ed was so patient with us, he listened to us and found the car we had been looking for. Bob and Brad were great, they were able to help us finance the car with a monthly that we could afford. After we left the dealership in our new car, my wife and i talked about the service we both received and decided for future purchases, we would only deal with Visalia BMW. It was worth the drive.

Great Service

I was very happy with the great service and care that BMW of Visalia offered. I felt right at home and they did everything possible so that I could walk out with my 2014 BMW 328I I highly recommend them

BMW of Visalia showed great character....

My husband and I bought our first BMW from BMW of Visalia. After a week of ownership, I noticed a bubble in one of my tires. We contacted the salesperson (Shayne), and he responded quickly. I was asked to bring my car in for further inspection. I wasn't certain whether or not the bubble was caused by myself (hitting a pot hole) or whether it was there when the car was purchased. Fortunately for us, the problem was resolved rapidly and without any grief. Within an hour, I had a brand new tire and a clean vehicle! I am very grateful for the service I received from the first time walking onto the lot. BMW of Visalia has shown great character as well as excellent customer service. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. This is my first, but definitely not my last BMW from BMW of Visalia.

Personal & Professional service

My husband and I made the drive to BMW of Visalia to check out a pre-owned X5 that we saw online. Unfortunately the vehicle was not available to test drive that day. Shayne Roberts pacified us by letting us test drive an X6 that was available. He is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to BMW's. We spent some time strolling the parking lot, admiring all the beautiful cars. Shayne explained BMW's many options for financing a new X5 if that was a consideration. Since it was closing time, we left with a lot of knowledge, but no car. The first thing the next morning, Shayne called to let me know that the car was all ready if I wanted to drive back down from Three Rivers. Then - he paused for a second and said, "I'm going to bring it up to your house. You shouldn't have to come back." Now, that's what I call great customer service! He brought the car right up and my husband and I got to test drive it on the roads that we drive everyday. I can't say enough about Shayne's competence, his laid-back salesmanship, and his undeniable passion for his product.

PURCHASE YOUR NEW BMW HERE!!!

I recently purchased a new 2013 BMW 328i last September 2013. I was helped by Shayne, he took the time to explain the features of the BMW I was looking to purchase. Mind you, I was just going to look and do some research, although, I had been wanting to purchase a new BMW for at least 5 years. Shayne really made me feel at ease, and really took the time to give me an overview of what a BMW is all about. We went for a test drive, I was amazed on how fast the car drove, not to mention, it just was a great looking car! After a few hours, I decided I had to have this car, not only because it was a beautiful car, but, because Shayne really knows how to deal with customers, is knowledgeable about BMW's and not once did he make me feel pressured, which I greatly appreciated! Lastly, I have to mention that I personally know Vic Surroz, the owner, and we having been talking about me getting a new BMW for several years. I told him one of these days I will break down and purchase one. Vic is the one who told me when I was ready to go and talk with Shayne and he would explain to me everything I need to know to make a decision regarding buying a new BMW. My experience was so positive, that I was surprised that I made a decision to purchase the car that day, which was not my plan when I first got there...It was because of Shaynes' experience and professionalism, and my relationship with Vic Surroz. Thanks to you both and I am loving my car!
