Great buying experience by Sunday the salesman that I have purchased from in the past. Once again Sunday was outstanding! I would purchase from Sunday again .

60 days & 9 days in the shop...

I purchased a 2019 Escalade in June 27th, 2019. After two weeks I contacted my sales rep, Derrick via text to ask for help in getting my new purchase serviced because the air for the front seats were not working at all. He ignored my text and never responded. I contacted the service department. The problem was the air conditioned drivers and passengers seat did not work. I had the 2015 Escalade prior to this purchase and the seats were ice cold. I took the car in. Several days later they returned my car and not only did they not fix the air but returned the car without re-attaching the back of the drivers seat. Finally getting back into the service department a week and a half later the service department definitely re-attached my chair... but messed up the wiring in the drivers seat. Now if you select the option to turn the air on for the drivers seat the back of the seat gets uncomfortably hot to the point where you cannot sit against it. I’m not the only driver of my vehicle and have had the awful heat pointed out to me. I hate this car. 9 days of my lifetime with it has been at Coulter Cadillac’s service department. It’s incredibly inconvenient. It’s not close to my house. I can’t even take it back a third time because they keep making it worse. If I were to take it in a third time I’d probably get a car returned without a drivers seat all together. Had I known the air didn’t work in the seats I’d have never purchased the car. That is a key selling feature when living in AZ. Also, I wouldn’t spend $70,000 on any car without getting every feature I wanted. Super frustrated with this entire situation. Prior to this purchase no one could have every changed my mind on buying anything else not anywhere else. I will never buy another Cadillac nor will I ever purchase from or recommend Coulter Cadillac Tempe AZ.

Can't stop buying from them

Fantastic service!

No hard sell. Comfortable, courteous experience from beginning to end. Explained what we were looking for and were presented with an exact match to our wants and needs. This is our second vehicle acquired with this dealer and have been extremely pleased both times.

My experience at Coulter Cadillac was outstanding!

Dan Boardman and the rest of the team went over and above to make my dream a reality. I had spoken to other dealers before coming to Coulter Tempe, but they were the most caring and fair. I highly recommend and hope that anybody looking for a Cadillac will visit Coulter Tempe. They are the best!

Truly a remarkable car buying experience

I was referred by John Stanley at Riverview Toyota, whom we have purchased two cars from and have known for close to 20 years. I arranged the deal in advance of arrival with John Depeola after speaking to him several times over the phone to find the exact Canyon I wanted. Boy did he deliver! After completing the finance application on their website, Pat in Finance worked with several lenders to find that best rate and terms. My particular CANYON did not come with 0% GMAC financing. I arrived and met with Jessie Carter who was very warm and welcoming. This is opposite of what you expect from a car dealership. There was a general concern for the customer, putting my needs over theirs. Jessie handed my off to Steven who presented my Canyon and showed me where everything was located, pre-set up the on star account and sat with me while we called to ensure everything was handled properly. These guys are pros, but more importantly, are concerned with providing the best product and ensuringing complete satisfaction. Not only would I buy from there again, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone Do yourself a favor, go there first and save yourself getting worked over and wasting hours of time.

Superb customer service

My experience at Buick was amazing, Dylan was absolutely the best sales person I have encountered while searching for a car, he was very polite, knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs, he went over and beyond my expectations to make sure we were informed and comfortable about our purchase. I was very pleased with him and the whole experience of buying a new car. On top of whatever compensation he will receive for selling the car I believe he should receive a raise as well, that’s how good he was and I will be referring friends and family to your dealership, Rochelle Crisp
