Took car in 1/30 Nick Asst Mgr helped out.

Took car in 1/30 Nick Asst Mgr helped out. Gave him keys and told him concerns. Tried to give him extended warranty info was was brushed off. Fidelity? I know their number by heart is dont need anything else. Was told by Nick that they were pretty caught up and they should have no problems getting to the car. Called Friday morning because I forgot to mention my push to start was also not working. Never heard anything from anyone. Called back Friday afternoon Nick still unavailable. Never got a call Friday. For sh!it's not giggles I called Saturday to see if I could get any info. Nothing. Called Monday with no response so I did a Google review and then magic happened Manager wanted to get involved. Called spoke with Victor Manager and he told me about 2 problems and they were still looking at the car. He also mentioned that they called and left messages for me...which they did not then told me I blocked their number. Never done. Was told by Manager Monday to call Tuesday after 12 and they will have an update. I called at 2pm left message, called again at 3pm still nothing and nobody available. Called at 4pm and finally got Nick who was now stating he was calling and left messages for me they needed Warranty info.. The same info in which I tried to give him Thursday 1/30 and was brushed off. Gave him info he said he would call back. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK 2/4 and seems only way you can get a response from them is a review. So here it is.....good luck with communicaton with them they SUCK!!

This is the first that I have heard of there being a license plate issue. After talking with other managers and my title clerk. I've been told that the issue has been resolved. Dealing with other states DMV can be tricky because the all have different requirements. Sorry for your inconvenience.

Brian, thank you for your input. Coulter has been in business since 1923 due to our focus on customer service. We value your business and are sorry that you feel that your experience at Coulter did not meet your expectations. Please feel free to contact us If you need any additional assistance.

Coulter's website showed 6 Hummer Ev's available.

Coulter's website showed 6 Hummer Ev's available. I drove down to have a look. Pulled into the parking lot and barely go out of the car and was approached by a salesman. He asked how he could help. I told him I would like to see the Hummer's. He looked bewildered and said we have none. I explained what I saw on their website. He said he has been at the dealership for 12 years and we always do that. What kind of a dealership advertises vehicles they don't have. Amazing. Obviously I will never return.

It is common practice for all inventory to remain on a dealer website until the vehicle is delivered to a customer. Perhaps a phone call to double check inventory status would have been the way to go. We would never asked you to come in to view any vehicle that was not available.

I strongly recommend against buying a non GM vehicle and warranty from this dealership. They will not honor any repairs as they tell you they will. Meaning you will have to take it to another dealership and be subjected to higher rates. Very disappointing for a once reputable dealership. I have verified again that Coulter refuses to services non GM vehicles under extended warranties they sell. The service director will not return calls nor will finance.

Don't use Coulter Tempe's Service Department!!

Coulter Tempe is the worst service department I’ve ever dealt with, I’ll never go here again!! I took my car in for a service engine light warranty issue. The service department kept my car overnight, next day I had to call twice to find out when I could pick it up, so I just ended up getting dropped off at the dealership and was told, I could take my car but that they had to order a part, and they would call me when it arrived. Three weeks later, no call!! I called the service rep Stephen Tapia and left him three messages in one week, I called the main number about the issue and they directed me to the service dept. and no one answered. I also did a chat online with someone and they were no help. I called the service department again, and was told to call the service rep again. It’s been a month, and I’ve never heard back from anyone!!

I'm sorry for your frustrations. We try to be as efficient as possible. Obviously, this was not handled properly. We are a family owned business since 1923. We have always been at or above the customer satisfaction mark that GM has set for us. If I can help you in any way, please contact me at mscarfia@coultercadillac,com, or my office phone is 480-735-2319. Mike Scarfia.

Worst dealership ever for any service.

Worst dealership ever for any service. Plus their service guy Johnny is a LIAR. Lost $500 because he lied and said he called me for service when he never returned my call. Johnny is a liar. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR.

Dealer response

We ordered a mirror for the customer and it required paint. We took a non-refundable deposit to paint the mirror to match the customer's vehicle. I'm not sure where the communication went bad. Customer filed a credit card dispute which we won. Our dealership was doing everything to accommodate the customer. Some people are just never satisfied.

Dealer response

I'm sorry for the loss of your grandmother. I'm still confident that we did everything correctly in attempting to service your vehicle. If you need further assistance with this matter, feel free to contact our Service Director.

Consumer response

Again Johnny lied and said he contacted me to schedule which never happened. During this is time I had just lost my grandmother and he new how important it was for this to be completed when family came in and I would need my vehicle, but again he dropped the ball and lied. Based on what he told the credit card company and why they denied my claim because he LIED. JOHNNY IS THE WORST SERVICE PERSON IVE EVER DELT WITH.

Consumer response

I will continue to tell anyone and everyone who will listen to not use Coulter Buick. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BY THEIR SERVICE GUY JOHNNY. NEVER USE COULTER BUICK THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU.

Consumer response

Coulter Buick are thieves. Next BBB.

Stay away!

Stay away!! They should be called bait and switch GMC. Made a deal on the phone and agreed on a price for a truck. I drove almost 4 hours only to be shocked after I got there they had marked it up with needless add ons. Didn't honor what we agreed to on the phone. They were given a chance to make it right but didn't. Filing a complaint with ADOT! What kind of family runs a business like that?

Dealer response

All of our dealer adds are clearly marked on our website. We list our vehicles well below market value even with the dealer adds that really enhance the value of each vehicle. We charge add-ons to every vehicle and without exception, everyone pays the same. We take pride in the way that we do business and have been a respected dealer here in the valley for 100 years.

Dealer response

We do not have an Eric that works at Coulter Tempe

Consumer response

I made a deal on the phone with Eric the salesman. Not on your website. They are not clearly marked on your website. Nothing was mentioned in our phone conversation/deal about your worthless markups. You obviously were not on our phone conversation. You didn't honor the deal we had. Don't make it worse by trying to make it my fault.
